Workshops

Powerful Tools for caregivers is a FREE six-week workshop series designed to provide caregivers with the tools needed to look after themselves. The program helps to reduce stress, improve self-confidence and communication, find balance and identify valuable community resources.

Participants receive a free copy of the book “ The Caregiver Helpbook”.

VIRTUAL Workshop

The workshop will be delivered using a password secured Zoom platform. Participants will be able to interact with facilitators and other members of the group. You will need a personal computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with internet access to connect to the workshop. If you are using a computer that does not have a microphone built in you will need a microphone or headset.
