Host a Workshop

We would be happy to come and talk to you about hosting a Choices and Changes workshop, either exclusively for your team or with invitation to other healthcare providers in Mississauga Halton. All of this at NO COST to your team!

We provide:

• Light snack
• All materials
• Faculty member to deliver the training

Hosting Requirements

All you have to do is provide the room and the healthcare providers.
